	ખોટ ગયા પર લાભ વળે છે, થંભ સહ્યાથી તાજ મળે છે.
૫	ધાકે નભતાં ધીરજ થાશે, ધીરજથી આશા ઉપજાશે;
	આશ ટકે તો અનુભવ આવે, અનુભવ જૂઠી શરમ તજાવે.
૬	શરમ ગયે મન મહિમા ધારે, નિત નિત સ્વર્ગ તણું સંભારે;
	સહન થકી ગુણ એમ વધે છે, અન્યો અન્ય ફળો ઊપજે છે.
૭	નર પરખી નૃપ સૈન્ય સજે છે, વીર લહી સંગ્રામ મચે છે;
	પણ પ્રભુ જુએ છે જોદ્ધાને, કરે, સહે શું રણને ઠામે?
૮	જે દળિયો સત ઝાલી રાખે, સ્વર્ગ તણું સુખ તે તો ચાખે;
	ભેળ વિના ગતિ ત્યાં મળવાની, સુખની પ્રાપ્તિ અમિશ્ર થવાની
૯	દેહ ન જોશો દુ:ખ થતાંમાં, આત્મિક ગુણ પ્રગટે પીડામાં;
	દૈહિક દબતાં આત્મિક દીપે, દુ:ખિત ધાએ દેવ સમીપે.
૧૦	જ્યમ જ્યમ ભૂતળ બંધન તૂટે, ત્યમ મન દાસપણાથી છૂટે;
	લૌકિક મંડપ તો પડતામાં, સ્વર્ગિક વાસ મળે મહિમામાં.

	After loss, gain returns, by steadfast endurance a crown is received.
5	When fear presses, patience will come, from patience hope will arise;
	If hope remains, then experience comes, experience casts away false shame.
6	When shame is gone the mind holds glory, daily remembering heaven;
	Thus virtues increase through endurance, and many other fruits spring up.
7	A king tests men and arrays an army, obtaining heroes he stirs up battle;
	But the Lord looks at the warrior, what he does and bears in the place of battle.
8	He who firmly holds the truth, he indeed tastes the joy of heaven;
	Without mixture the way is found there, the gaining of joy will be unmixed
9	Do not look at the body when suffering comes, spiritual virtues appear in pain;
	As the bodily is pressed down, the spiritual shines, the afflicted runs near to God.
10	As earthly bonds break more and more, so the mind is freed from slavery;
	When the worldly tent falls, a heavenly dwelling is received in glory.
