	જગ ઊંઘતું પણ ખ્રિસ્ત ઊઠયો, ભોરમાં તજી ઘોરને;
	હાલેલૂયા ! હાલેલૂયા ! હાલેલૂયા ! જય જય તને.
૨	વાડી મહીં, ચોકી તળે, મુદ્રિત કબરે દાટિયો,
	જાણે કદી ઊઠશે નહિ, વિશાળ પથ્થર ઢાંકિયો;
	પણ સૂર્ય શું ખાળ્યો ખળે, ઊઠયો ઈસુ ! દર્શન મધુ !
	હાલેલૂયા ! હાલેલૂયા ! હાલેલૂયા ! જય જય બધું.
૩	લેખો પ્રમાણે પાપ સારુ થંભ પર પોતે મર્યો,
	લેખો પ્રમાણે ઊઠતાં તે વિશ્વનો ત્રાતા ઠર્યો;
	"કોહવાણ તું જોશે નહિ," એ અગમ સત્ય જ સર્વદા:
	હાલેલૂયા ! હાલેલૂયા ! હાલેલૂયા ! જય જય સદા.
૪	ઉત્થાન પ્રભુનું સાંભળી ઘેલાં બધાં ભયથી ચળ્યાં,
	પણ પ્રેમભીનાં નેણથી વા'લાં બધાં પ્રભુને મળ્યાં;
	આપણ બધા શુભ હ્રદયથી સુમિલાપ પ્રભુનો પામીશું:
	હાલેલૂયા ! હાલેલૂયા ! હાલેલૂયા ! જય જય ઈસુ.
