૩	દુ:ખ વેઠિયું પુણ્ય આપવા, પતિતની સજા સૌ વિદારવા;
	પૂર્ણ્ ચિત્તથી માન્ય તો કરું, સત ઉદ્ધાર માર્ગ ભાવથી ધરું.
૪	વચન ખ્રિસ્તનાં પ્રેમથી સ્મરું, ઉર મહીં સદા ખંતથી ધરું;
	સતત શુદ્ધતા પામતો રહું, ધરી પવિત્ર પંથ સ્વર્ગમાં જઉં.

3	Dukh vethiyu punaya aapavaa, patitani sajaa sau vidaravaa;
	Purna chittathi manya to karu, sat uddhaar maarg bhaavathi dharu.
4	Vachan khristna premthi smaru, ur mahin sadaa khantathi dharu;

1	When the cross comes into sight, weeping and sorrow there mingle into joy;
	O Son of God, You bore that cross and won freedom for the fallen world.

	You gave up Your life to cut off sin, and became alive again to remove death.
