૧	જ્યારે વિશ્વાસુ ખ્રિસ્તી લોક ઈસુમાં ઊંઘી જાય,
	ત્યારે તે અમર છતાં શોક ને રુદન શાને થાય ?
૨	ને જેમ અધર્મીઓ નિરાશ, તેમ તમે થાઓ કેમ ?
	મૂઆ પછી મળશે આકાશ, તાં બધું થશે ક્ષેમ.
૩	મરણમાંથી ઉત્થાન પામીને, ઈસુએ કીધો જય,
	તેમ શિષ્યો જગમાં મરીને જીવન ગાળશે નિર્ભય.
૪	ઈસુ કાઢીને મોટો સાદ ઉઘાડશે સહુ શ્મજ્ઞ;
	ને છેલ્લે શિંગે થશે નાદ, તે પહોંચશે સર્વ સ્થાન.
૫	ને દેવના ભક્તો છૂટીને ચઢશે આનંદે બહુ;
	આકાશી સેના ભેટીને તેઓને મળશે સહુ.
૬	હ્યાં થોડાં વર્ષો વીતી જાય, ત્યારે જઈશું તે દેશ;
	મિત્રોમાં ત્યાં વિયોગ નહિ થાય, મળશે શુદ્ધ સુખ હમેશ.
